Getting Here

The ranch entrance is located off M-33 at Knepp Road. From the entrance, follow the main ranch drive for approximately one mile to reach the Lodge.

  • Nearby airports: Alpena County Regional Airport, Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City, and MBS International Airport near Saginaw. Detroit Metro Airport offers the widest selection of major carriers and routes.

  • Winter travel: Local roads and the ranch drive are plowed regularly, but four-wheel drive is recommended during heavy snowfall.

Rent a canoe or kayak on a warm summer day and take a relaxing 2.5 hour trip on the river.
