• 2026 Guided Whitetail Hunts

    At Blind River Ranch, the experience matters as much as the harvest. Our private, family-oriented guided hunts are designed for seasoned hunters, seniors, busy people looking for a well-planned trip, and those hunting whitetail for the first time or returning after many years.

    Your hunting package includes:

    • A two- or three-night stay in a fully furnished, secluded cabin beside a peaceful pond.

    • An experienced, dedicated guide who assists throughout your visit—from your arrival at the ranch through preparing your harvest for the trip home.

    • Comfortable blinds that are mostly accessible with only a step or two, along with comfortable seating for a more enjoyable time in the woods.

    • Homemade dinners featuring a variety of dishes, including wild game.

    • Help coordinating the necessary ranch harvest documentation as part of your guided hunting experience, making the process simple for Michigan residents and out-of-state guests.

    • No hidden lodging costs.

    Non-hunting guests are welcome. Their cost depends on the services requested and the length of their stay.

    Come for the whitetail hunt and leave with great memories.

  • Blind River Ranch offers approximately 15 heated hunting blinds across nearly one square mile of private property.

    • Typical shots range from 45 to 65 yards.

    • Hunters may use a variety of firearms. We do not currently offer archery hunts.

    • Transportation is provided between the hunting lodge and your blind.

    • Our team assists with retrieving your harvest and preparing it for processing.

    • Several accessible ground blinds are available for guests who need easier access.

    • Additional does may be added to your hunt for $400 each.

    • Our hunting season generally runs from mid-September through January.

  • After the hunt, relax in our comfortable lodge featuring games, television, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. High-speed internet is available throughout all of our buildings for your convenience.

  • Our guided hunts typically include a two- or three-night stay, giving guests time to enjoy a complete and relaxed hunting experience. Additional nights may be reserved upon request, subject to availability.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your hunting dates. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full when booked.

The reservation deposit is nonrefundable. However, with sufficient notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to an available hunt or ranch stay completed within 12 months. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and current pricing.

For cancellations received in writing at least 60 days before arrival, payments made beyond the $1,000 deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before arrival are nonrefundable; however, Blind River Ranch may offer a one-time rebooking credit when circumstances and availability allow.

If Blind River Ranch cancels the reservation, the guest may choose a full refund or apply all payments toward another available date.
